For Mayors and LGU executives

See what your residents see. Know what your offices do.

LGU Link is one app for residents and one dashboard for every office, from the barangay hall to the Mayor's Office. Every report, payment and alert a resident sends becomes something you can see, measure and act on.

Pick a situation and step through it. Each step shows what the resident does and what changes on the Mayor's dashboard at that moment. Names, places and amounts are samples from the fictional Municipality of San Isidro.

User roles

Thirteen roles. Each person sees only what their job needs.

Access follows the LGU's own structure: barangay, office, department and executive. Money needs two people, and auditors can read everything but change nothing. Select a role to see what it can do.

● full access · ◐ limited to their own barangay, office or cases · ○ no access. Every action is written to an audit log that can't be edited.

LGU offices

Every office plugs in, whether LGU Link runs its work or connects to its system.

Some offices, including BPLO's one-stop shop, work inside LGU Link. Others, like the Assessor and the Building Official, keep their existing systems, and LGU Link connects to them. Residents get one place to start, offices keep their tools, and the Mayor gets one view across all of them.

How it connects

One portal in front. Each office's system behind it.

LGU Link talks to each outside system through its own adapter. If a vendor changes, such as DICT choosing a new eGov provider, only that adapter changes. Residents and staff notice nothing.

Business permits run inside LGU Link and sync released permits to eBPCO. The Assessor's RPT system is whatever the LGU already uses, such as a provincial system. Which adapters a given LGU needs is decided during onboarding.

Start with one municipality and the offices that matter most to you.

We usually begin with the registry, service requests and the Mayor's dashboard, then add the BPLO one-stop shop, the Assessor and assistance payouts.
